I need help with Kanji?

Question:

Hi, im Japanese but im not like a native Japanese. And i was born in US and now i want to study Japanese. I've learned Hiragana, and Katakana. I know a little Kanji but Since there are a lot Im still working on it.

So here is my question:
I need help finding webisites that helps me find the meaning of kanji characters. and how to pronounce it (so basically I need help finding a website with Kanji characters with Romaji)

I think it's better to buy a kanji dictionary which Japanese kids use when learning kanji.
