I see something from a japanese website I want to order, but it's not fully translated?

I wanted to purchase something. The products are top quality and I hear good things about them, but the checkout is confusing, and some of the buttons on the final page are in japanese. I emailed the support is that all I should do? The products are unique and can't be found anywhere else, so I'm sticking to it. Google Chrome translated the checkout page for me, except the buttons. What do you think I should do?
