Fundrasing for Japan's animals and people.?

Hi guys, Okay well I want to like start a school fundraiser for Japan's animals and people and I was wondering what are some ideas of like things to do for this. Like i thought of making hemp bracelets or something like that, if you had a fundraiser what stuff did you guys do? Thank you. Also.
What are some organizations that like if you donate money they will actually help japan. Thank you :)
Please help very soon because we want to start this as soon as we can and do it for as long as we can. :)

Any organization you give money to will usually consume about 70%-90% of the funds in administration costs. Meaning for every dollar you give 10 to 30 cents might make it to Japan. Save a local homeless person or poor family instead! Don't waste your time and/or other peoples money!
