like my question says, would it still be safe to go to japan after whats happened with the earthquake and all they're saying that the toxic fumes will be around for many years to come, and i have planned to go there in 2013 to gain residency for a few months.. sure it would wouldnt it?

i wouldn't go to northern japan but maybe southern japan will be ok
