What can I do to help Japan?

Question:

I don't have money to give, I am 17, and I can't do a great deal of traveling, but my heart hurts for them so bad. I'd love to make some sort of difference, because I feel so helpless knowing that so many are dying and I know that they, just as I, had not anticipated any of this. I know that everywhere in Japan, there are mothers that are afraid for their children. There are people who have lost everything. Does anyone at all have any plausible ideas? Thank you so much.
