I used to live in Cali and New York, and they had Yoshinoya and their beefbowls were amazing... I live in Georgia now so absolutely none of that here, but I'd like to cook them myself if I can? What are some good recipes? any special sauces or other ingredients you put in (other than pickled ginger or vegetables)? Are there beefbowl sauces that are available for purchase or do people usually make it themselves?
Also, any other ingredients than beef? maybe chicken, or eels?
