Should I still go to Japan?

Question:

I've been planing a trip to Japan since I was in High school. Now my boyfriend and I were wondering if it was safe if we went to Osaka. we don't know how far south we should go.

The 3-11 Devastation is in the North Eastern Coaster Region.
You will be Osaka, which is way South of even Tokyo Bay.

Make sure you go to The Kyoto, Nara Area.
My Favorite Prefectures are there.
