New Suburbs in Japan?

Question:

What do the newly developed suburban areas look like in Japan? I tried looking them up, but I can only find older suburban areas.

Answer:

As Japanese population has been declining, there are few "newly developed suburban areas" in Japan created in the last 20 years.

Those so-called "new towns" were developed during 1960-90.
