What are the expected health effects outside Japan, considering Fukushima?

Question:

More importantly, what is the best source to follow this news, since there are too many extreme positive and negative outlooks on this issue.

Tried to extend before, but expired. Not all questions were answered. Cheers!

Answer:

No long term health effects are predicted.

The reactor situation looks better daily. Now they are injecting nitrogen gas into all the reactor cores, which will reduce the risk of hydrogen explosions. The equipment for scrubbing the radioactive materials from the water seems to be working well, except for a few teething troubles, and phase one of the decommissioning should be completed pretty much on schedule.
