Does anyone know how to get to Otaru Dream Beach in Hokkaido by public transport? Is there a bus that takes you there from Otaru JR station and how much does it cost and how long does it take?

You can get there from Hoshioki 星置 station by taxi or 30 mins walk.
From Otaru, you'd better to go Hoshioki by train, Hakodate honsen.
