基本的に雇用したいと考えてます。
　但し、弊社はXXXを開発中です、
　それが完成時,貴女様を雇用したいと考えてます。

　製作の結論は１2月中に決定します。

　但し、既に貴女様がその前に日本の他の会社に決まりましたなら、

But since we are still developing XXX, we will hire you when it's completed.

We will have some conclusion by the end of December.
