How do you say bless you in Japanese?

You know like after you sneeze people say bless you, how do you say that in japanese?

Answer:

I like Japan because nobody says anything after you sneeze. You just sneezed, that's all.

The only people that say something are people who want to use their English with the foreigner.

Of course if you keep sneezing, someone will ask if you're OK or make some other remark.
