I've never used that site myself, but I think they are just agents for travel companies in Japan. If you want to take a tour I would suggest looking at the Hato Bus website - www.hatobus.com/en/ or Japanican - www.japanican.com
Booking direct with these companies would save you any extra charge from the viator site.
