I'm moving to Japan in January and I'm trying to find an apartment in Hyogo, preferable close to Kobe. Any ideas?
Answer:
You'll need a Japanese guarantor to be able to rent somewhere. If you are going to Japan for work or study I suggest you contact your employer or college to help you. You won't be able to do it on your own.
