How can i go to school in Japan?

Question:

So I want to go to high school in Japan, but I don't want to go as a foreign exchange student. Is there any other way?

Answer:

People need to take a chill pill in regards to this current incident.
First off, if you are in places like Kyoto and Osaka, you are unaffected by any of the current events.

Second, odds are the power plant will not explode into smithereens at this point and time.

Now finally to answer the person's question.
Aside from foreign exchange, the only other way is to get your family to move to Japan and take up residency in Japan. There you can enroll as a resident. If you have another family member in Japan you will need to transfer custodian rights to them. As both scenarios are highly unlikely NO there is no other way until you graduate high school.
