I was curious about this. This is a question for natives and people who have visited Japan. I am a girl who's adult height is 5"5... in cm that would be 165? Is that too tall? I plan on going to Japan one day, and I don't want to be seen as weird... or too tall. I would feel so weird...

The average height for a woman in Japan is 158.8 cm (or about 5'2") and a man is 171.2cm (or about 5'7"). Sure, you might be a little taller than average, but is it that bad? It's not by that much, and I don't think someone will look at you and say "Oh my gosh, she's 5'5", that's crazy!" So don't worry about it ^_^
