Does JAPAN still need help?

i am a college student and i was thinking about starting a fund raiser for japan but i don't know if i should because i don't know if its to late to donate. like is there still people that need help, or has the government fixed everything already? is there still problems that need fixing? if there is any homeless people who need help? please help me to understand, and if there is please explain.

There are thousands of people who lost everything they had. Their homes were wiped out. Whole towns were destroyed. There's billions of dollars in damages.
