welllll .... Japan doesn't really have "gothic" but some common freaky names are ...
Sadako (think the girl in the ring)
Kayoko (think the girl in the grudge)
Hanako ( the girl in the 4th toilet) etc. . .
To be honest any names you pick can be creepy.
If you want to be less subtle you could call your kid 憂慮 and be done done with it.
Or 悪子 (literally evil/wicked girl) or if you prefer something neutral how about ... 空子
