About 5 years ago I was on an airplane from Japan to the US and watched a documentary about alley cats in Shinjuku. Does anyone know the name of it? Producer? Director?
Answer:
I think it's "dai-shinjuku nora neko monogatari".
It was one show of Super TV documentary series on Nippon TV. But it was aired in 1999 or 98. So it's difficult to find its DVD or something now.
