Differences between Japan and Egpyt?

Question:

I'm doing an assignment and I have to compare differences between Japan and Egypt and at the end of the assignment I have to decide which country would be better to set up a business in.
So I'd like to know about:
- Advertising differences
- Cultural differences
- Language differences (what languages they speak most commonly)
- Climate differences
- Technology differences
and ANY other differences that you can think of.

The differences are obvious.

Culture wise - go to wikipedia. Japan is buddhist-shinto while Egypt is Islam.
Language - we speak japanese, they speak arabic.
climate - it's colder here and warmer in Egypt.
technology - we're far way more advance than them. Egypt relies more in oil than in technology development.
