Meaning of 探せよう vs 探そう?

Question:

Literally, I'd like to translate 探せよう as "let's be able to search for..." and 探そう as "let's search for" but the former translation doesn't quite make as much sense to me. Can someone explain the slight difference between the two?

Is the difference in meaning the same for other verb pairs, like 食べられよう/食べよう、言えよう/言おう、etc…

Also what would 探されよう mean and how would that differ from 探せよう?

よろしくお願いします。

Answer:

how about using "to find" 見つける/見つけようMitsukeyou instead of 探せよう sagaseyou.
because it doesn't make sense if you try to say ”Lets be able to search for” with 探す

hope it makes sense.
