Answer:
oatmeal (Sweet ones like brown sugar, etc) breakfast..
lunch : ramen, shabu2, sushi, fish (fried, steam, wadever), rice, veggies (Stir fry)
dinner : same thing as lunch.. wadever they prefer of course..
