How to become a famous J-pop singer?

Question:

I am 15 and I live in California, how can I become famous in Japan and get signed to a Japanese label.

BTW I am half-Japanese.

Answer:

Take an audition. If they think you sing well, they may take you as a singer. But it does not mean that you can be famous in Japan. You have a long way to go after that.
