basically im doing research on party city's all over the world and i know tokyo is one in japan but can anyone help tell me what party of Tokyo Japan it is? thank you

Shinsaibashi in Osaka.

And don't knock what the first poster suggested. You could find out about both the places I have provided using Google. The advantage is that you would have learned a LOT more about each individual place. Sometimes when people get up off their butts and do a little research it turns out more profitable for them than just asking someone else to do it for them.
