How to translate Japanese names "纯子"and " 绢代" in to English?

Question:

Answer:

EDIT
純子 is mostly read as "Junko". But rarely "Sumiko" is possible.
Which way to read depends on her mother or father or someone else who named her.

絹代 is "Kinuyo". No other way to read.
