I still have 3 years until I graduate HS, but I am thinking about the opportunity to go to a Japanese University. I know that there are a lot of scholarships for foreigners, but I would want to know where can I read more info about the different scholarships in different Universities. Not "a lot".
And many of them are just "loans" under the name of scholarship. You have to return it after you finish college.
