I'll be on vacation and was wondering how bm's are looked upon. Mostly I want to know about tattoos as I heard they are commonly associated with the yakuza. I have a few and was wondering if I should cover them up? If I don't will I scare people? Will the fact that I am a young female with tattoos be strange? I already know I'll be a minority which will cause some stares, I just don't want to scare people. Oh if anyone has information about body piercing, stretched ears and micro dermal implants/anchors I'd love to see it.

I'd cover them up. Some public baths wouldn't allow you in..
