I know the U.S. switched from analog to digital television in 2009. Does Japan still use analog transmissions? If so, how many channels do they use? Thanks!
Answer:
We are now on transition period. New digital broadcasting is going on now.
And old analog broadcasting will end on July 24th, 2011.
