Question:
im doing a factsheet for my geography homework, and ive found some statistics to put in, but i still dont know what caused it. ive looked on google and i understand it was because of two colliding plates, but which plates were these? and also, what made it turn into an earthquake aswell? is it because the plates slipped, because on a collision margin it usually just creates fold mountains? also do you have anything else i can add? thanksss xx
