Should we expect another "big one" in Tokyo soon?

Question:

Question for those that know, not those that guess.

I've heard conflicting information that says that either the quake will make "the big one," that is supposed to hit Tokyo in 30 years, come much earlier. On the otherhand, I heard that this last quake should reset the energy levels for some time, and therefore "the big one" will most likely come later than before.

I know no one has any clue what will really happen, but if anyone has any knowlege on the subject, I'd love to hear it. Thanks in advance!

Answer:

There is only .001% chance for another earth quake at Japan in this scale ( i mean above 7 magnitude ) . It has never been recorded in the human history and geographically , after tremors are quite common , its just a correction of layer structure or alignment. Continuous quake of magnitude 9 and above resulted in the extinguishing of dinosaurs.
