also would love to have a native japanese speaker tell me how to say:

"And I can't wait to make some turns with you on the slopes too!"

--> I'd love to go skiing with you again (real soon)!

--> またゲレンデ (coming from "Gelände", German..) で 君と一緒に滑るのが待ち遠しいです!
