I want to send a letter to Japan but I only have the forever stamps, would I be able to put just one stamp and make sure it go to its location?
Answer:
nope it has to be weighed at the post office.............you might be able to use the stamps to come up to the correct weight / cost BUT if you just one stamp on it, it will will either get sent back to you OR just go to the dead file.
