Can I get feedback on my Idea for Authentic Ramen?
I want to make authentic-style ramen and I have already looked up on making noodles from scratch and stuff, but I have questions about the flavor. Do you add Miso AND soy sauce or just one? And for the meat, I want to add Beef but I'm not sure how I should cook it. Would Teriyaki-marinated beef be good? Or should I use Broccoli Beef type marinade on it? (and if you can give the ingredients for the marinade that would be good). ~Thanks!~

The idea of soy sauce kneaded noodle is already done in Japan.
