Good animes or movies for improving/learning hearing Japanese?

I'm learning Japanese but usually when watching animes they talk too fast for me to understand anything, at most I can understand some few words but not more.

Any ideas on some animes or movies where they mostly speak somewhat slow?

Answer:

Play visual novels, they stop after every sentence and it's printed.
