There are some types of trains, Shinkansen(Nozomi, Hikari and Kodama) and normal.
You can find their fees from here. They are about 15,000 - 8,000 YEN.

You can get cheaper tickets from discount ticket shops. But there are some fakes and almost of all them can not be used in busy season.

There are some tours using Shinkansen, called "Puratto Kodama"(ぷらっとこだま) .
But I can't find English page.
