How do they type like that? Is it just the way their computers are or something, because not all of them do.
I'm just curious. ^_^

It shows up when they input using Zenkaku, the Japanese input method, instead of Hankaku, the input method for English and all other alphebetic languages.
I haven't used it before as I see no point in typing that way.
