Japanese People: Do you think Tokyo can win it's Olympic bid to host the 2020 Summer Olympics?

The announcement of the winning city is not until 2013. There are 5 other cities in the race along with Tokyo, they are:

Istanbul, Turkey
Baku, Azerbaijan
Doha, Qatar

Do you think Tokyo can win?

Answer:

I think Istanbul will win 2020 Olympics. Because Istanbul hasn’t taken it before and it is ready (in terms of sports facilities, accommodation, economy etc) to take it.
