some say stalin killed more ppl but since hitler started ww2 he was theirfore responsible for more deaths than stalins purge? he also brainwashed his own ppl! theirfore would this not make him responsible for ALL the deaths off ww2 in europe?

The Nazis weren't even close. The PRC murdered more than 73,000,000 and the USSR murdered more than 61,000,000. Not counting battlefield casualties, the Nazis come in a poor third with something in excess of 12,000,000 to 13,000,000. Even if you count the battlefield casualties and clitoral damage (much of it caused by the allies and the Japanese, not the Nazis) WW II only cost about 55,000,000 lives total and still comes in third place behind the two Communist giants.
