Walk to hiroo station and move to EBISU by subway and to SHINJUKU of by yamanote train
Otherwise walk or take a taxi to EBISU or take a bus of MEIJI STREET to SHIBUYA(but bus is not so frequent) ,then take yamanote train to shinjuku
But I would rather recommend TAKASHIMAYA SHINJUKU
Isetan is just old fashioned
