Well by best i mean the most...urban part? like alot of skyscrapers and nightclubs and something.....new york/los angeles vibe. I thought maybe Shibuya? serious answers please.
Answer:
shibuya has a lot of building and clubs, but most of the clubs are for Japanese only. Shinjuku is the same. I would say roppongi.
