This is my translation:

”はい。毎日私は君については思った。”

I don't know if its correct. I hope someone can check it for mistakes.

If the person is talking to a girl (or GF),

そう。 毎晩ずっと君のことを考えているってことだよ。

そうだよ。君のことを思わずにいた夜はないんだから。

*はい sounds too formal.
