I think it's a girl, but she has a deep voice, doesn't she? I can't understand everything she's saying, but I can understand why many girls would want to rebel against the image of cuteness that the mass-media foists upon Japanese women. This girl is kind of a hard-a** -- I bet she has lots of fans.
