I really want to go to Japan as an exchange student because i want to enrich my Japanese some more so i could take the JLPT and i want to meet people from Japan, does anybody know where I could apply? I'll appreciate it !! Thank you!!

Try rotary!! They have a good foreign exchange program try looking into that on their web page at http://www.rotary.org/en/StudentsAndYout… Through rotary, you can go to almost any country (except china), but you'll have to talk with your rotary leader about where you go in that country.
