Why don't you start with Google? Try Googling "Process for obtaining a passport". My guess is that if you don't know how to get a passport without asking here, you are either too young to make the trip (would require parental consent for passport and flight, plus you have to be 18 to rent a hotel room), or you lack the general mental skills for such a trip. But you 'play pretend' and start with Google.
