Can you work as a police in japan even if your are not Japanese , i am from sweden if it helps?

I don't think so. Most government jobs require citizenship. You would also need to read, write & speak Japanese at a native level. You need a four year degree to get a work visa.
Also bear in mind the only jobs we can get are those that a Japanese can't or won't do.
