Which one has best hostess in night bars clubs. And which one is best overall for visit and why. Btw earthquake does not include for a reason.
Answer:
Absolutely Tokyo is the best place for any bar/club/night scenes and of course the more expensive choice. Tokyo is like New York City. Sendai/Okinawa is like Boise. No knock on Sendai, Okinawa or Boise, they're fine places in their own right, but Tokyo is one of the five top happening cities in the world - maybe in the top two. Why go anywhere else? Sendai and Okinawa are sleepy-towns in comparison. Sendai is still recovering from the tsunami.
Now that I think about it, Tokyo has much more of a club/bar scene than NYC. Tokyo has entire districts/blocks/streets/buildings dedicated to bars and clubs. I don't think even NYC can boast anything close to that.
