The best way to say '' her own face '' is 自分の顔 jibun no kao.
Other words are maybe, 自己の顔 jiko no kao, 彼女の顔 kanojyo no kao.
I would suggest you to just say 自分の顔 or 彼女の顔
自己の顔 is strange.
