What are the things Japanese boys like and hate on American girls?

Question:

Generally speaking what are the things that Japanese boys like in American girls
And the things that they hate?

Answer:

OK, every single question we get on here requires the use of generalizations. Why does everyone have to say "Not every Japanese man is the same" and "American girls are all different." We are dealing with countries with populations of 120 million and 300 million respectively. Of course tastes and shapes and sizes are all different. That's why we have to use generalizations.
Western ladies are more outspoken than Japanese ladies, more direct, more aggressive and less likely to take a passive role, they don't like guys who live with their parents and they won't move in to the parent's house after marriage, expect the male to be able to cook and clean a bit on his own, and want freedom-to work, to go and do what they want, and say whatever whenever they want.

Japanese men come from a culture where gender roles and customs are different: nobody should be outspoken, things shouldn't be spoken directly, girls who aren't passive might scare them, wives who don't get along with husband's mother are trouble. American girls can't cook good Japanese food, and expect boyfriend to do his share of everything. American girls will talk openly about sex with their boyfriend/husband, and will not want intrusions from husband/boyfriend's parents.
Japanese girls are "cuter" than American girls. American girls are usually pretty intelligent and don't pretend to be stupid because it's cute like some Japanese girls do. They don't act submissive and may or may not dress up in school uniforms to satisfy the fetishes of their boyfriend.
Sometimes if a girl is fat, she thinks that is OK, and if you tell her to lose weight you are discriminating against her.
