What is the ~ Te form in japanese : Explain clearly enough cause i'm a 7th grader?

You use it when you want to tell someone to do something:

Taberu - to eat
Tabete! - Eat it!

Benkyou suru - to study
Benkyou shite! - Study!

Or, it just links words in a sentence:

Mango wo tabete oishikatta.
I ate a mango AND it was delicious.

Sono gakkou itte kara shigoto dekimashita.
After going to that school, I got a job.
