What were america's objectives for entering World War 2?

Question:

Explain some military and diplomatic turning points

Some turning points are
battle of Britain
Stalingrad
D-day
Pearl Harbor
Fascism
Holocaust
Hitler

Also how did WW1 cause WW2 (optional)

Answer:

To continue to make Money the USA put hitler in Power with the expectation that the Uk would fall in 1940

and when the NAZIS were Beaten in 1940 the USA found that they were about tp loose Billions so Invented lend lease this in fact Forced the Uk to pay for a war started By the USA

turning points Battle of Britain gave the RAF air superiority from Oct 1940 to 1945

the second turning point in europe was Rommel loosing Both battles of El Alamain these Failures BY Rommel caused the NAZIS to run out of fuel at the battle of the Bulge

The Turning point in the Pacific was when the Australian Militia all 1500 Militia turned back the japanese Invasion force on the Kokoda track this resulted in the japanese Cancelling their planed Invasion of Australia and when it was won MacArthur turned up because Australia was safe without any American Involvement

FDR was told about the death camps in 1940 and decided not to tell the people of the USA until just before D Day

D Day was only to tell the Russians where to stop the Russians had an army of 7.5 million on
D Day and could have driven the NAZIS all the way to the Mediterranean If we were Not there to stop them

Stalingrad was a loss as was every battle against the Russians because they had limited Fuel they used 620,000 horses and because of the lack of Fuel used 2.8 million horses from 1940

Hitler had Lost the War once he failed to take North Africa

and once he lost the battle of Britain and took on the Russians he never had the advantage again throughout WW2
